All of your purchases from Lezlie are covered under a product warranty. Each warranty will depend on the specific product and nature of the material. Many products are covered under a repair warranty, please inquire directly for your product’s specific warranty.
Should a repair be required due to a defect in material or workmanship, Lezlie will repair such defect without charge to you for materials and/or labour.
This warranty is valid only through Lezlie. Improper repair or service performed by a service provider other than Lezlie will result in this warranty becoming void. The warranty is valid only for products owned by the original purchaser and purchased through Lezlie. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to receive a warranty service.
You must contact Lezlie to make suitable arrangements for the repair of any product under the product warranty. Do not send any product for return or repair without first contacting and obtaining shipping instructions; Lezlie will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to do so or to follow the detailed shipping instructions provided.
